RETURNS
Please note that returns for defective items must only be postmarked within thirty days of the purchase date. Any returned item must be in new and unused condition. Please be sure to have all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please send a photo proof to our customer service email at whosttv@gmail.com. A Return Merchandise Authorization number will be sent to you within seventy-eight hours. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging. Include your proof of purchase. Mail your return to the following address:
