Frequently asked questions

Built from lived experience and real change.

Shatica "Myss T" Miles is the founder of WHOSE TEA TV, a personal growth platform for high achievers who became so dependable they slowly disappeared from their own lives without realizing it.

After leaving a 23-year corporate career, Shatica rebuilt her life on her own terms and turned that experience into content that speaks directly to burnout, identity loss, emotional labor, reinvention after 40, and what she calls "the loyalty tax."

Through long form conversations, short form video, and psychologically grounded storytelling, WHOSE TEA TV explores the gap between surviving for everybody else and finally learning how to build for yourself.

Her work blends lived experience, mindset transformation, and emotional realism without surface level positivity or performative motivation.

Shatica is also the founder of Infinite Storefront, an FDA registered handmade herbal skincare brand based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she creates small batch soaps and body products using herbs grown in her own garden.

She is also the creator of SnapCaption AI, a voice preservation platform designed for creators who want to sound human instead of manufactured.

Her philosophy is simple: "I am the gas station. I fill you up so you can move. You still have to drive."
